• Services are optional and provided as administrative assistance.
• No specific outcome, score increase, deletion, or approval is guaranteed.

3. Eviction Removal Service Acknowledgment

By purchasing eviction removal services, you acknowledge:

• Eviction removal is NOT credit coaching and does not include disputes with credit bureaus or financial tradelines.
• Leasing decisions are made solely by property managers and housing providers.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Upload requested documents promptly
• Stay active with MyFreeScoreNow
• Maintain communication during the service period
• Avoid submitting independent disputes that interfere with the process

Failure to follow responsibilities may affect service outcomes and refund eligibility.

7. Payment Authorization and Chargeback Policy

By purchasing services, you authorize Next Chance Solutions LLC to process payment for the selected service term.

Clients agree to contact Next Chance Solutions LLC directly to resolve concerns before initiating disputes with their financial institution.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in service suspension and documentation being provided to the payment processor.

8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are governed solely by the Refund Policy.

Clients acknowledge:

• Credit coaching refunds may only be requested at the end of the purchased service timeframe.
• Eviction removal refunds require valid leasing denial documentation with proper letterhead and verification.
